Warranty

ERIGON CONSTRUCTION LLC warranties all craftsmanship completed by Erigon for the entirety of the original buyers ownership, and 10 years for the next homeowners. Warranty Includes workmanship, and any installation defects done by Erigon such as caulking, installation hardware, window adjustments, aluminum work, and vinyl accessory trim.

Warranty does NOT include any damage or defects caused by “acts of god”, shifting home foundation, damage inflicted upon products or anything that would be “normally” be covered by insurance. Warranty is voided if any modifications to the original product that is not done by either Erigon or the product manufacturer, including and not limited to, painting the products, drilling the products, mounting, or any damage done by other remodeling.

Erigon Construction LLC will always replace or repair anything that was originally promised or compensate any order shortcomings according to the original completed agreement.
